Everything online says there is a multiplayer but steam says its a single player game. Well which is it?

Here is one link. I know there were at least three other sites but I cannot find them. The link below used to be at the top of google search. At least it has moved down now. I saw the IGN trailer video attached and assumed the whole thing was legit.
