review of the demo
I wanted to give some feedback so here I am.
Overall, i love the gameplay. its fun and the bit of complexity makes it compelling to try and improve. I have two negatives that I hope can be fixed by the release, and they honestly feel relatively easy to fix?

The first is an artistic negative. this applies to both the enemies and the text, but they blend in a bit with the background. not too much that its really an issue, but just enough that I tend to take a moment to focus on what exactly each enemy is. They essentially dont feel distinct enough or stand out in a way that makes me instinctively react. a bit of contrast or outline would help a lot.

My second negative is honestly the one that really stood out to me. I dislike the sword attack button. Every other button in the keyboard/mouse is relatively instinictive and easy to use mid-battle, but the e and q for the sword attack just feels awkward to use, especially since i am often having my fingers on wasd, so it feels like i am sacrificing mobility to use a melee attack. Maybe middle mouse button, and control or something thats not in the way of movement could work, but e and q is just not it. Even a combination of buttons like cntrl + left or right mouseclick could work, and honestly would be my preferred option. At the bare minimum, i would like to request for the ability to remap my controls. I usually like to melee in games like this, but it felt awkward enough for me to want to stop playing after a bit. Especially since meleeing felt required so that I could use the shotgun
