Singular of "Dice" is a "Die"
Pls fix, it's ultra annoying.

While I agree it's jarring, apparently the word dice can also be used as a singular. There's a bunch of threads on the Dicey Dungeons forum about it (a game I would recommend if you like this one though they are quite different despite both being dice-based Roguelikes)

in North American English it is perfectly acceptable to use dice in the singular. it is 'ultra' easy to confirm that before posting a rant.
Language evolves with use and the rules of its use are updated as it evolves. Currently the Oxford Dictionary, Collins Dictionary, Cambridge Dictionary, and Merriam-Webster Dictionary all recognise "dice" as being both a singular and plural noun in English. The Cambridge even refers to "die" as "old use".

There are some English grammatical issues in the game, which is understandable as English is not the developers' native language, but I don't think "dice" is one of them.
I'm going to be a curmudgeon and say that "die" is plural:

He dies. (singular)
She dies. (singular)
It dies. (singular)
They die. (plural)

I'll assume you're using plural verbs as sarcasm
