Healer's Blessing and Glimpse Weakness are prime examples. The latter being a cantrip is especially ridicilous. It allows you to use it repeatedly 3 times per turn to deal ludicrous damage on the successful Strike. Whenever it happens
Edit: Also, there are some weird things going on with skill increases. Sometimes I get +2 to two skills instead of a chosen skill (say I try to make a wizard an expert in Arcana - and he gets +2 to Intimidate as well)
The issue doesnt exist when you create directely a character with the Background, it appears only when Importing the finished character
I am not sure, admittedly. Balance-wise, I think either option is fine. If you use Glimpse Weakness three times per turn, you exhaust all 3 of your actions to inflict 6 additional damage. That does not appear overpowered. You can inflict more damage, but then you exhaust your focus points.
I'll be happy for any pointers to the rules which would make it clear whether you can stack effects like Glimpse Weakness and Healer's Blessing.

Yes, it uses Mage Armor as an example, which already doesn't work since the effect from multiple castings is item bonus, so not stackable by default. But to me it seems pretty straightforward
Glimpse Weakness isn't particularly strong as is, just 2 (or 3 damage at level 3) damage per action. But what makes it powerful IMO is the fact that it's guaranteed. No saves whatsoever and since it's percision damage it acts as the same damage type as the Strike that triggered it, i.e. can often go over resistances. Essentially it's a Force Bolt, but it's completely infinite
Healer's Blessing is much weaker since it's a focus spell, and it doesn't even do anything unless you spend your resources, lmao. You can use 3 of those on one character to turn 1d8 into 1d8+6 healing, essentially turning 1-action version of Heal into a 2-action Heal, but it's impractical as all hell. At least in my experience. Still kinda hilarious though
Then again, it's your game. If you rule Glimpse Weakness or Healer's Blessing should stack - you're the GM of this table, lol
Interesting. Does using the mouse wheel work? What is your resolution? If you downgrade down to Windowed with a lower resolution, does the scrollbar begin working?
I'm not sure if it was just Delay that triggered this, of if it was the interaction with Time Arrow.
The mouse wheel did not work, and lowering the resolution and windowed mode did not work. Turning off my second monitor did work. Not sure why.
Interesting! Would you please share with me the resolutions of both your game monitor and the other monitor?
Seconding, am having the same problem. Just got to level 2 spells and I can only see the first two, can't scroll down past that. No use of scroll wheel, and click-dragging the bar doesn't work (the bar doesn't appear to get clicked when I click it). I'm in 1920x1080 Borderless Fullscreen.
As a workaround, I did hear a report that disabling secondary monitors in a multi-monitor setup can help fix the scrolling bug. You can try this, and if it works for you, please let me know!
