Xbox Cloud Gaming on Steam Deck even won't start

For several months, everything was running flawlessly without any issues. However, starting yesterday, I encountered a major problem—games simply refuse to launch via Xbox Cloud Gaming.

I decided to check if this could be related to my Russian IP, and it seems that’s exactly the case. Surprisingly, despite Microsoft having officially left Russia years ago, XBPlay was still working as usual—until now.

To troubleshoot, I purchased a VPN and installed it on my Steam Deck. When connected through the Netherlands, games at least start launching, but the high ping makes them unplayable.

Can I expect any fixes for this issue?

МГТС (Россия, Москва) работает нормально без внп,ipv6 отключён.
Но играть нормально нельзя, вроде игра плавно идет но прицеливание рывками

UPD: VPN больше не требуется, снова работает без него. Скорость 500 Мбит/сек, полёт нормальный
