You need to earn tickets by playing campaign. Once you have enough tickets, when you select survival or a new campaign, scroll to the team you want. In the lower right hand corner will be a tab with the word "GET" on it. Click it, and it will tell you how many tickets you need to unlock the team. If you have enough tickets, simply follow the prompts to unlock that team.
