"LOVE Level Editor"

While i was reading the Description of the Game, i saw there's a Level Editor. Yet there is none in-game, nor can i find any anywhere. Is this still coming or what?

I think you can customize the .bmp of the special levels (I dunno where they are but check the folder of the game)
