Thanks for the reply, so is it because someone is cheating or is it a bug? this quest is currently not completing properly right?

I wouldn't think it's because of someone cheating but more of other behind the scene issues. I don't want to speculate and give false info, but for sure the team is working hard to getting it fixed along with the other work orders they are addressing.

Hi there! So I know the quest was fixed recently, but because I've already completed it I can't see if it's still there or if the box was moved around. Last I heard, it's behind Tera in the City Map.
