Hi there. I've played the game for a while now, and I can tell you the answer is no and YES.

No: Every player who downloads and starts up Lovecraft for the first time with their account will automatically activate a free 3 day sex trial which leads to the YES.

YES: Once the trial runs out, players can only have sex with other players and NPCs after purchasing the 30 or 90-day Premium.

I'm sure that answers your question :) I'm just a normal player so don't assume I'm with the staff or anything.

Yup, Same as every 'game' like this that isnt VRC, ChilloutVR, Secondlife, and a few others.
this game doesn't even have lovense support or 'sounds' either.
