Unplayable on purchase (windows 11)

can't play this, game does not even start up, process pops up for a few seconds then disappears and steam says "play". tried re-downloading, on windows 11 now... how fix

Funny enough, it's still works when you open it on files.

I have them all installed, every single one in both 32 and 64 bit and the game never appears here.

For what it's worth, if I right click the game on steam and choose to browser the install location and double click the game's exe file, it works perfectly. It's the only workaround, so give it a go. Also make sure if you are on a display that is not 100% scaled to the native resolution to right click properties for the game ext and set dpi scaling to application.

Finally, if you want to use a controller, make sure it's turned on prior to double clicking the exe file and even though it shows that there are buttons set up, none work in game, so re configure everything and it will work. It's actually a lot of fun after all that!

BTW the button settings need to be reconfigured every launch, it takes less than 10 seconds but there's obviously a major controller bug that even though the settings are saved, they need to be "re initialised" every boot so the controller buttons are recognised in game. Thankfully the menus still work LOL!
