An unknow I/O error has occured

Hi, i came from the french community, i bought the game 3 days ago, and i still can't play, this message still appear when i start the game, i know it's clased in know issues, but it's about 1 month and nothing has been done, i can't play, pleas answer me, i bought this game, i'd like to play it :/
P.S: I created another Windows account without an accent, but till doesn't work, i also uninstall and reintall the games many times, please answer me (Sorry for my very very bad english :( )

This game seems cool, i'd really like to play it, this bug makes me sad, and i've lost 12.50 euros.

This issue should now be fixed in the latest version (1.4.0).

Hi, thanks to have fixed this bug, he didn't appear now, but there's another, he says "Super motherload have stop to work" And, the screen become white, the game leave himself quicly, i'll try to download it again :)

I re-download it but still doesn't work, when i start it, the launcher appear, i choose start, and the screen become white and he says that he no longer process :/

Actually, it looks like you're experiencing a different issue now.

In the launcher, can you try setting the Renderer from OpenGL to Direct3D, see if that helps.

If not, please run dxdiag, save the output, and send it to me.
