Does anybody know secrets/unlocks, fast money make, how to get specific things?

Is there even any website for em? I can't find not one providing in any game sites... Ik about the air ceiling one but seems impossible to get 25m for metal drill on hardcore.. How do I get double cargo or rock drill? Is it designed for specific characters or just random?
