[UPGRADE] Forcefield or Nanorepair?

Hello,
i would like to ask the skilled miners out there which upgrade seems better, because i got not enough money for both....the Forcefield Upgrade (Prevents all collision damage) or the HullRegen (Tiny nanobots repair hull damag over time).
And how does the HullRegen work? does it directly kick in after getting damage and got the heal up speed like at the outpost, or is it some long timed usless heal?

Forcefield. I've gotten both as of this comment, and the forcefield sees a lot more use. Both are nice to have though.

I prefer nano just cause it let's me mine through Lava with the ability to have breaks. Plus, if you're cheap, you can get that perfect hull bonus
