i dont get why you would say something like that on a PC gaming client's forums...i mean for crying out loud man, you are a PC gamer with a Steam account. are the Devs supposed to want your money so bad that they will make another port just for you when you can easily just play it on your computer already? paint my face confused....

He just wanted to reach out to the devs perhaps. Nothing wrong.

To the OP, I have a feeling this might launch in an Humble Android Bundle. Ticks all the right boxes.

Well, minus the "just for you" part, yeah. Part of being a game developer is understanding business. If the amount of money they would earn is greater than the cost of the time and effort it would take to port it then it would be in their best interest to do it. One way to judge how much they could earn is to track gamer's interest. If enough people are interested in buying the game on Android then they know it will most likely be profitable. And what's one way to show you're interested in a game being ported? By telling them you are.

Loved this game on iOS. One of the best games I've played ever I think. I'm going to buy it on Steam as well to see what the extras are like.

Please release this on Android! I'd rather enjoy this with headphones under the covers haha! Until that happens, I'll enjoy this version. :)

As of this writing I haven't finished my first play through of Year Walk as I took a quick break to investigate whether it was also released for android phones. I'm having such thrills playing it on my PC that I immediately wanted to gift the mobile version to my brother. Unfortunately he has an android and Year Walk hasn't been released for this version. Oh my goodness, this game is so good I feel like I'm glowing, ha. But yeah, if Simongo ever releases this for android I would buy it for my bro in a heartbeat!

See people? This is how you behave if you want to be useless.

To the OP, I don't think they'll ever release it on Android, they have close ties to Apple, but we can hope that at least they release the rest of their games on steam.
