Reinstalling Won't Fix Saves

so i may have used commands to try and get to certain parts of the story a bit too many times, and now all of my saves are broken to ♥♥♥♥ and reinstalling the game manually OR from steam will not clear them from the in-game menu and everything still seems generally ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up. I don't know how to delete these saves and the game itself doesn't give you an option to. help?????

If you just want to delete a save, hover it with your mouse so it changes color and then press the Delete button on your keyboard. This should then ask you if you want to delete the save or not.
