PS3 controller icons?

Hello!

I'm using a PS3 controller with Better DS3 but I get super confused during the Guitar Solo sections and I end up pressing X because I see blue X but it's Square for PS3 controller.

So I was reading through the discussions and found out that the game PS4 button prompts. Which made me wonder if I can use those instead of XBOX ones.

1) try running the game without better ds3. I see PS3 controller entries in gamecontrollerdb.txt, and if you're lucky the game will recognize your controller.

2) load big picture mode and setup your controller(pick playstation controller). run dishwasher and see if it shows playstation prompts. (don't run better ds3)

3) grab antimicro from url below and generate your own mappings, save it to a file named gamecontrollerdb.txt, and copy the file to dishwasher directory. overwrite if necessary. or, you can just append the entry to existing gamecontrollerdb.txt file.

I cannot test the above since I do not own a ps3 controller.

I use ds4 and the game shows playstation prompts on both linux/windows usb/bluetooth.

Well, I tried first 2 and they didn't work, I got confused about the 3rd.

Anyways, thanks for help, since you made me switch from using programms like Better DS3 and having cancer motioninjoy drivers to using better solutions that doesn't require running anything.

With SCP toolkit (http://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-ScpToolkit-XInput-Wrapper-aka-ScpServer-Reloaded) I can now run Dishwasher without Better DS3 and it works just fine.
