help for dlc ghost puzzle!!

2nd place: "i left downtown in a hurry and forgot my gear. i'll settle for second"
3rd place: "worst than last year! down to third place"

i genuinely tried all i could possibly imagine that makes sense but NOTHING

u have the special amulet equipped?

I don't know the combination but try using the directions as up and down and the positions as first or second.
