Hearty achievement (djimmi wishes)

I have every achievement in the game except hearty, is there no way to get it with a keyboard? Because I have tried to get it and researched online a lot and can't do it. it just doesn't work, I've tried spinning clockwise for dijimmi wishes, counter clockwise, even straight up just slamming on my keyboard but nothing.
Please help, I am out of ideas...

You have to finish game first.
And you can get 9 HP if you will take hearth for parry charm and go for diceking.
3 HP on start
3HP from parries
3HP from dice cards
