Rugged Ridge not giving me Pacisift

I've gotten P on every run n' gun except Rugged Ridge, and I've beaten it twice without killing anything. Does anybody know what I'm doing wrong or if the game is broken for me?
I'm playing as Chalice, and when I finished it without killing anything I didn't finish quick enough to get gold time. I don't know if that means anything.

I think you need to either play as Cuphead or Mugman to earn the Pacifist badge.
