issues summoning genie

I'm having issues summoning genie since I'm playing on pc without a controller (I'm just using keyboard) and going in a circle is nearly impossible, and even if I do go in a circle it doesn't appear to be good enough to summon the genie

Try to place a finger on whatever arrow button you like, and mash buttons in circles as fast as you can a couple of times. Maybe that will do the trick
