Cuphead DLC purchased but doesn't load

I've been playing Cuphead DLC for a month and suddenly when i decided to open again the original theme would play, the boat guy wouldn't appear and the dlc items was not there.
I bought the DLC and when i search it up on steam store it appears that it's on my Library.
I need help

Have you checked from the library manager that you have it installed?
