go to equip card(if you are pc press shift) then go to charm and equip astral cookie

you need the dlc unlocked and to have seen the opening cutscene for it

You need to get the DLC, beat a mausoleum, go on the guy's boat, watch (or skip) the opening cutscene, go to the equip card, and select "astral cookie" in charms
