Hear sound but no image, Black screen.
first of all sorry if my english is not perfect:
i recently bought the game and im having a problem. when i open it the game starts, i can hear the music but the game keep in the windows bar.

i maximize it with the task manager and the screen is just black, i keep hearing all the sounds and i can hear how i click on menu and all that things.

i searched for so many solutions in google but no one work, i downloaded the newest drivers for my computer, and with the components of my computer, my computer can run the game perfectly.

please i need help, i think i tried all and nothing fix it.

i paid for a game that i can´t play.

Do you have a Nvidia GPU by any chance ?

yes, i have a nvidia GeForce gtx745

So, I had the same problem, and it came from my 970GTX. You need to access the NVIDIA control panel, go inside "Adjust the size and position of the desktop" (I have the french version, don't know if it's the exact translation). Normally, the first radio button should be checked ("aspect ratio"), check the last one instead ("no scaling").

I couldn't access my NVIDIA control panel since my last driver update, thus I followed this post to come back (maybe you won't need it):

After the "no scaling", you should be able to play.

holy cow I was looking for a solution to this same problem for another game for almost 3 weeks now and just came across this and it worked!! thank you so much gangstere44!!!!!!!!!

In my case (Windows 10, GeForce 940MX), I had no such option in my NVIDIA Control Panel. What worked for me was to disable Direct3D 11 (-force-d3d9) or to switch on exclusive fullscreen (-screen-fullscreen 1 -window-mode exclusive). I went with the latter.
