Did people code to make Cuphead?

I know most games required coding, but this game was made with unity, and I'm pretty sure that doesn't require much coding.

I want to make my own game on steam almost as good at Cuphead but I don't know how to code. So, do I have to code on unity to make a good game like Cuphead?

Yeah they need scripts to check for collisions and player movement along with other stuff

Unity requires a LOT of coding. Unity just decreases a little bit of the amount so that you don't have to rearrange objects in code and so that you can load scenes easily. Unity barely decreases the amount of code, but still is an ideal tool for making a game.
