IBuffalo SNES Controller support using JoyToKey!

I finally was able to use my SNES controller for Cuphead using these steps

1. Download JoyToKey from: http://joytokey.net/en/download
2. Extract the contents to a place where you can find it easily
3.Open the JoyToKey exe.
4.Click on the button that says bulk assignment wizard in the bottom left of the program.
5.Go through and change each key as follows: https://i.imgur.com/U94BYK6.png
(Arrows indicate arrow keys)
6. Go all the way up to button 6 and then click finish.
7. If everything was done correctly, your cuphead should play like this: https://i.imgur.com/6ysWHx0.png
