Using Super Arts
Is there a reason to use anything other than the big laser attack Super Art? I've seen Invincibility used against King Dice in a video, but it doesn't last long enough to be generally useful. And I have no idea what the ghost is even supposed to do. Are these actually upgrades, or do they have any use?

The invincibility is really good for the platformer levels, especially when attempting P-rank (beating a level without shooting enemies). The third super art has more potential damage than the first one, but is very tricky to utilise.

How does it actually work? Like, a ghost appears above you and kind of floats off the edge of the screen. Is there a way to aim it? Is that what's dealing the damage?

When you hit a direction key, your ghost starts moving that way. If you move left, the ghost moves left. The key is to wiggle back and forth to keep the ghost on your target.

The ghost deals the most damage between the first and Third super art. Though the ghost is only useful in certain fights. It takes a little bit to get used to moving it but the big beam attack has nothing on the ghost damage wise If you can maximise it. You want it to be in contact with the boss the whole time. There are a few important tips to make movement easier. Since it moves with you based on your direction, more often then not its too close to you so you put yourself in danger to attack with it, use dash/smoke bomb to move away from it as that doesn't affect movement to create space. Also holding the lock button (where you can aim and shoot but won't walk) is good to direct it when you are in a safe spot. To get the most damage from it use charge shot attacks at the same time as the ghost is constantly hitting the boss. As the ghost hits it also slows the bosses movements down to basically nothing. Using that super attack I killed the Rat tank enemy in 51 seconds.

The second super art isn't too hard to use and is very versatile. You can output damage without worries during it, and the invincibility allows you to avoid damage you're about to take and know you can't dodge (cornered?), reposition yourself, skip an attack that you find oppressive, and such. It has aided many including myself and is nothing short of useful. Worth the 5 cards. If you don't want to use it too early without being unable to use your regular EX shots, just try to use the EX shots before you fully charge your power and do some management.

The big laser may force you into dangerous situations by the end of it, and the damage output isn't **that** impressive. You can make up for it by running into the enemies' faces with the invincibility duration. The third one has extremely high damage but is so absurdly difficulty to use that the risk far outweights the reward.

For the ghost, you can hold RB (right shoulder button) to keep you locked in position instead of running around; then you can make the ghost go around in circles without you falling off a platform or something like that.

It is enough to beat, say, the 2nd phase of the Devil in one shot, but since you can't move, you'll get hit for sure.

Also if you keep the ghost on screen long enough, it leaves a pink heart behind that you can parry. It doesn't do anything though.

I think the invincibility is the least worst ultimate super, since it doesn't leave you in a situation where you end up unable to dodge incoming damage (with the mega beam, you can end up falling down a ledge or being hit as you finish the move).

Also, 1-level supers sometimes do more damage than max level ones. For example the spread shot on the Devils big head forms, you can get all 8 arrows to hit, and it does tremendous damage and is less risky to use there than any of the max level supers.
