My game don't start (Meu jogo não inicia)

Every time I start
the game gets the black screen and my computer is locked on the black screen. I tried to uninstall the game and install again but it still hangs on the black screen. I tried to create another save but it keeps on locking. (Toda a vez que eu inicio
