If you replay a run n' gun level

The already-gotten coins will not appear, and any coins gotten beforehand will appear in the coin bonus section.

there's a limited amount of coins in the game that add up to the exact amount of coins it takes to buy everything there is in the shop, any coin you have gotten cannot be reobtained,

Yes
Pacifist rankings only require you to not kill anything (parrying pink objects doesn't count as a kill), and survive to the end of the level (You could have 1 HP, never parried anything, or used your super, and still get the pacifist ranking)
