Game Wont Launch Properly

I bought the game recently and when I launch it nothing at all hapens apart from the icon appearing in the task bar, my steam status set to in game and hearing (main menu?) music. I've tried tabbing out/in and alt+enter, and verifying the integrity of the game's files but still no success sadly. I'm pretty sure that my computer's hardware should run it, even if it's only just, can anyone please help me? I would like to play this game and fix this asap.

Specs (Just incase):
Windows 7 64 bit
4GB Ram
DirectX 9
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU
NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT ~2271 MB (<--- Probably the cause)

I have the same problem. Never found a fix so i returned it. Hopefully they fix this asap

WAYS TO FIX:

1. Try restarting your pc and try launching again, and make sure there are no launch options.
2. Go to Cuphead's local files and run the application as administrator. (Works bets for me)
3. Ctrl + Shift + Esc, right click Cuphead and click 'Go to Process'. Then right clikc Cuphead and set the game's priority to high. (Should also fix any lag)
4. If all else fails, keep trying the fixes until it does work, it seems unpredictable wether it would run or not to me.

Send me the error.log if you need any help.

I had the same problem, it started after I had played on a double screen (and the other screen was put as the Master/ main desktop). When I was not playing on that exact screen, it 'launched outside the screen', when I was playing on it - everything was fine. A quick change of main desktops helped.
Hope your problems will be as easy to fix as mine :)
