The Die House jumpscare

For the unaware, in the Die House, if you pirate Cuphead, a ticking down noise will play, then you will get jumpscared, and the title screen music will permanently change to Mus_DontDealWithTheDevil_Audio_666 (or whatever it was called) which is a slowed down version of Dont Deal With The Devil with a tad of audio at the end that forms the devils 3 forms (on throne, skeltal, giant head) if you put it into a spectograph.

Does anyone have a video of these events? Like, download a pirated copy and throw it onto OBS?

EDIT: This is most likely a hoax. The only person claiming this is the case is some dude on reddit. Makes sense why he wouldn't elaborate.
