At King Dice, you can cheese him a bit. If you stand behind his hand while he spawns cards, you cannot be hit. However, you can jump and fire seeker to hit him from here (his glove blocks weapons, but seeker while jumping can curve over it)! The real boon is using the level 3 super art in this position though. Simply unleash it, hold down the aim button to stay in one place, and just move the ghost all over king dice's ugly mug to deal good damage.
Whenever he gets ready to put a glove down, run to one side to try and get behind the glove. It is hard to tell what side he'll choose, but you atleast have a 50/50 chance. If you happen to pick wrong, parry the cards best you can as it will help you build your super meter. I find the parrying here can be a bit fickle, so having extra health as insurance is useful. Also, if you can handle it, spam the seeker weapon while parrying cards to get in some extra hits. Also, in between attacks, you can get about 2-3 charge hits in on his stupid face.
On Expert, I found King Dice went down after 2 Supers and a handful of Charges. If you throw in some seeker spam, it would probably be a bit quicker.
so get good
shoot for a heart, then a skip, then a heart, and a skip. it also has a lot to do with the RNG of where the hearts land. 1 is easier than 2 or 3. each boss is different, so it's luck of the draw sometimes.
