No sounds in Cuphead
Hi friends, i've a really annoying problem here, the game just don't have sounds at all, not in the logging screen, not in the tutorial, not in the cutscene, nothing at all...
All the others games and application are doing fine, but not Cuphead, Ofc i've tried to reinstall it all, did it like 5 times, I would like to enjoy the game with sound though, if any of you could help me, it will be my personnal Jesus, since I can't find help on the internet...

You wouldn't happen to have set your volume to 0 by accident?

Nah dude, like I said, everything else is working fine.. :/
Longshot but maybe verifying the game integrity might help. Rightclick on the game, properties>local files and choose "verify local game files". Also, did you check if the audio setings in cuphead aren't per chance set to 0? A computer restart might also work.

Already done all of that, and everything should be fine, the local game files are okay, the sound is not on 0, and i've restarted my computer some times since i've bought this game
Do you have Win10?

Win10 strikes yet again, devouring another victim! Say, you wouldn't happen to also use a 360 controller?

Got two of them, I bought it to play with my roommate, what does it have to do with it ? :(
Do they happen to have a sound input for headphones?

Yeah, on the bottom of the controler there is a little hole, I guess it's for headset or something
Go to your sound settings and make sure that windows in all its wisdom didn't set them as the default setting for sound.

It didn't, my music in the background still plays like nothing happens, and in the sound mixer the game is not showed to do any sounds, the little green sound level is not even there
Then that means that the game isn't sending the music to aynthing that can actually play it. If you haven't done so already try setting your default as your headset or speakers or whatever else you're using.
