Level Creator / Mods?

Does this or will this game have a level creator?
I've seen gameplay and it looks really fun. It'd be much better if there was a level creator in the plans.
Also any plans for steam workshop mods?

I think the game is tied too heavily to the art style for mods to work. The levels aren't built from tiles and blocks.

Yah the hand drawn artwork would make modding a bit tricky, I recommend deluxe because the soundtrack is AMAZING :D

Level design editor doesnt seem hard to be made , what you all say !! do you like to see level editor in this game? with steam workshop? !! :) +1 , come on just look how many people are playing!!

The levels would probably look off due to the differences in levels, you could probably lock each one to use just that level's assets, but there honestly isn't really much that you could do with them. This game is too heavily focused on boss battles that a level editor would just kinda feel bland.

Well, could be right,.... but other 2D platformer games gets great editor and people enjoy it ,so why not for this one? at least for'' run and gun'' level editor part , not every player needs to play Boss battle mode every same time . ..is it? or still impossible?
