Cuphead
[SOLVED] Cuphead renders in a small screen
The solution:

I found that this is a glitch in the game resolution. What I did was to modify the resolution option in my game and that worked for me. The problem was that the resolution was so small that it was impossible to see something in the game, so I installed Cuphead in a different computer to see where was the resolution option and then use that as reference to get into the option in the other computer where I had the problem.

And these are the steps to change the resolution:
- First you have the title screen, so press any button.
- Then we have 3 options: start, options and exit, so move one option down and enter.
- Now we are in the options menu, there are 4 options: audio, visual, controls and back, so move one option down and enter.
- Now we are in the visual options and we have: resolution, display, vsync, overscan, brightness, color bleed and back, so stay in the first option (resolution) and change it moving to right or left.

Hope this is helpful :D

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The problem: When I open cuphead it starts the fullscreen but the game only renders in a small rectangle in the middle of the screen, and it is imposible to see something.

What was espected of the game: The game should open in fullscreen and render on all my screen to play normally.

How this happened: I started playing the game normally, but I wanted to play on my TV so I connected my Laptop using HDMI then I oppened Cuphead, then the problem started. At the beggining I thought it was a problem of my TV but then the same thing continued happening when I restarted my game without using the HDMI.

What I've tried:
- Restart Cuphead: Didn't work.
- Restart Steam: Didn't work.
- Restart my Laptop: Didn't work.
- Use the Stem Tool to look for problems in my game files: Didn't work.
- Reinstall the game: Didn't work
- Change my computer's resolution: Didn't work
- Delete the Cuphead configuration files on %appdata%: Didn't work.
- Check if the problem happen with other games: It doesn't. The problem only happens with Cuphead.

What I think about the problem: It could be a Windows configuration problem, I took a look to the Display settings but I don't know what should I modify.

Please someone help me, I really like the game, and I want to continue playing :'c

Sorry, my english isn't that good.

Could anyone tell me how to upload a picture to this discussion? I want to show you how the problem looks.

Worked perfectly ! Now I got only to understand why in 4:3 monitor I cannot obtain fullscreen image, resolution is set to 1280x1024 but cannot see it full, black borders up and down.
You need to make this into a guide
Thanks, not sure why this happened but I'm glad it's sorted out.
OHHH!!! THANK MAN!!! YOU HELPED ME A LOT

Ack! This doesn't work for me! Any more suggestions?

Edit: I got it!! Thanks!

If this doesn't work for you, change the display resolution on your monitor first, THEN follow Pon's steps!
