How do yo uget an S rank?

Afaik an S rank doesn't exist, only a P one

I think you can only achieve S rank on Expert level on a Boss and have the requirements for A+ ranking on the results screen (parry, super, health, etc.).

Finishing the game I am guessing? Or finishing with all A+

After beating the game you're able to load your completed save file where you'll find a new difficulty when you visit a boss.

Just beating the final boss will unlock Expert difficulty for all levels.
