Are you perchance using a wired xbox 360 controller? Windows 10 has the nasty habit of setting the controller's headset driver as the default sound output device. If that's the case disable it in the control panel.

Hey Guys, I found a solution that worked for me (Not sure if this will work for anyone else, but it worked for me) I set compatibility mode to windows 7 and set to run as admind (Add to exceptions list for any anti virus, for some reason it comes as a false positive) Also, this is with both 360 and ps4 controllers, fixed the issue for both.

I got my refund today. Not thrilled about it as I was enjoying the game.... but no sound sucks.

ye, I got the same problem as you folks. Opened the game and theres no sound, yet I can hear other things on the computer. I'm guessing its the headset, but I don't have any spares to test it with. I've noticed that there are some games that just don't work if you are using a usb headset and I don't know why it is. Over-all its just an annoying bug.

GUYS i finally fixed it, got to your playback devices, go to the properties of whatever your using speakers or headset, then go to enhancements, and make sure the "disable all sound effects are turned OFF" this just worked for me
