Basically super 3 allows you to deal extra damage with the spirit version of yourself because it does a spinning lariat... it keeps getting faster and faster though so to keep it on the screen and hovering over the boss you need to run back and forth like a spastic idiot...
Once the spirit is exhausted (about 5 seconds) it leaves behind a heart, if you parry the heart I think it gives you +1 parry on the score screen and +1 HP for the duration of the fight...
Just use Super II... Seriously, super III is such a bad gimmick.
If you use Super II you can easily get hard to get parrys as well as avoid intense attack patterns on bosses you plan on A+ or S ranking (on expert)
