No clue, but I'm sure there is no way of finishing it without killing the boss.
You even get some new settings from the turtle NPC if you get the achievement and talk to him. Black & White mode and some new audio settings.
Dashing, regular parry, the 2nd super, and the rest of the charms are fair game
When it came down to normal parries, despite it killing whatever you parry (like the flying fish in Perilous Piers), you can still earn a pacifist rank. (or at least, I was able to)
In the section right before the acorn machine, there are those mushrooms that fire clouds, if you position yourself correctly, parrying the cloud will give you enough height to jump over it.
When it comes down to beating all the levels, you have to consider all your the options available.
Properly choosing one of the leftover 5 charms can spell the difference between victory and defeat, and when you consider your goal, there are actually 4 (If you do choose to increase your health, use twin hearts over the regular heart, because despite it lowering attack power, you won't be attacking)
The smoke bomb charm is probably your best chance, as it can easily get you through most obstacles, without hurting you. The downside to this, is the dash's limited range, in some cases you will need to stand just outside their collision box, just to get past them without taking a hit.
If you decide to use the Coffee charm, it will only be useful to build up the 2nd super, which can give you a bigger window to safely move through something. The downside to this combo, is the wait time between use.
I personally wouldn't recommend using P. Sugar, because it just does something for you, that you can master, yourself.
A quick rundown for all the levels below:
Forrest Follies, the acorn machine, as said above, requires you to parry off the mushroom's cloud
Treetop Trouble, the bug at the end of the level can be dashed through
Funhouse Frazzle, when you reach the walls with mouths, you need to wait until their mouth opens, and move right through it
Funfair Fever, the enemies on the rope, the 3 gun wall, the shooting gallery machine, and the hotdog, can all be dashed through.
Rugged Ridge, you can dash through the goats throwing pickaxes and the rock lions, when you get to the walls that spit ink, you need to parry off the ink in order to dash over it.
Perilous Piers, there isn't really anything that serves as a way to stop you from moving forward
Oh wow thanks, this will come in handy.

Thank you, that'll come in handy as well.
