Waste of money. Broken AF!

So this game is made with that ugly 90's artstyle. The problem with that is that hitboxes are broken as ♥♥♥♥ boii. Why they had to make this look like this and destroy the hitboxes the same time, oh now I know: BECAUSE NO-ONE WOULD BUY THIS IF THIS WASN'T HAND-DRAWN! If they had made this game to look normal and better and also make good hitboxes no-one would have bought this game. Also the default controls are super bad. They have put no effort for this game. So DO NOT BUY AND SUPPORT THOSE LAZY GAME DEVS. There is lots of games that are better than Cuphead.

Not sure if this is meant as bait or serious, but the art style is 1930s, way older than 90s. I never had problems with the hitboxes so can't comment on that (except devil's snake attack, but that was fixed), but the controls are customisable, so if you don't like the defaults you can always switch them (look in the "Guides" section for some suggestions if you'd like). If you're using a keyboard I highly recommend getting a controller though. Not just for this game, but plenty of other games get better with a gamepad (and they're not very expensive nowadays). The game was made with a gamepad in mind, since that's what fits this game genre more. Kinda like how you would only play RTS with a keyboard+mouse rather than gamepad; this game is the other way.

The hitboxes are broke on treetop trouble and the new patch ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up the hitboxes but this game is really good enough to not just hate on and instantly rate it negative
