why cant i change my dash power???!!!

Do you only have one charm? Because if you do then if you want to unequip smoke bomb then you're going to have to buy another charm in order to use your normal dash again.

Hmmmmm. Have you tried actually listening to the shopkeeper and equipping it in the menu or looking in the top right corner for the "equip" button?
