How to extract Assembly.Csharp.dll

Does anyone know how to extract the file Assembly.csharp.dll? from assumption, that file has the game's graphics in it. please correct me if im wrong, and if another file has all the graphics, how do you extract it?

assembly c sharp dll is the file that contains all the programming in the game, all the things the game does. no assets.
use DN SPY if you wanna try your hand at modding the game's workings.

if yuou wanna decompile assets, look for the program called Asset studio
