Report a translation problem
Focus on doing it BEFORE you touch them, and don't forget:
- you can parry the same card as many times as you want
- the parries still give you some super buildup even though it's not a full card
You should be able to parry the pink cards indefinitely; it's not that hard. When the pink card starts in the fourth position, jump and then dash at your peak. You can do it without taking damage.
Use the extra height you get from the parries to hit him with Super 1. Super 2 is terrible. It's just bad. Super 1 already makes you invulnerable and it does more damage than any weapon in the game. All Super 2 will do is prolong the fight and give you more chances to screw up your parries.
If you're seriously having trouble getting the card parries down, I have to ask, how long does it take you to get to that final phase? It's possible you're screwing up your die rolls. You should be able to consistently roll the number you want, and you should be able to get to the final phase only fighting 3 mini bosses in under 3 minutes.
