Movement: Arrow Keys
Caps Lock: Switch Attack

The main difference is that parry (A timed second jump on pink objects) is harder on the keyboard and you can't parry low-medium flying projectiles easily due to the time taken to tap the keys twice in succession. To parry low-medium flying objects, perform the second jump as Cuphead's falling. Using the lock key on the keyboard can be a little confusing too.
This was one of my concerns though. I don't have an Xbox controller, and PS4 controllers are notoriously difficult to get to work on some games, so I'd be mainly stuck with keyboard.
