How do I even enter the tutorial?

The kettle grandpa guy says to go to the inkwell or something, but Im in front of it and nothing happens, I've pressed every button and no result, I simply don't even have the option to enter any tutorial! Has this happened to anyone else here? I tried uninstalling the game and verifying the game cache but nothing has changed.

Did that, nothing.
The bubble did show up at last, when I unplugged the controller. That's really weird. Why does that happen?

It is, I can clearly play with it, but no bubbles show up when Im using it

press random buttons and it'll eventually take u to the tutorial
