How To Get To 100%?
I'm at 95% on my file. I figured maybe I need to get max rank on everything, but I doubt that would account for onyl 3 percent. I also don't have any money to buy the rest of the things in the shop. What do I do?

get all money on every level, max rank and find every hidden coin in the world

I think you need to find the hidden coins on the map to buy the rest, use this guide if you can't find them: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1151751152

Max rank isnt necessary, I had some B when I finished the game and got 100%.

Also, talk to en find every NPC + talk to the deathcount pool. :)

Well now I'm at 105%, it seems. I also beat an expert bsos to make sure the game saved. Maybe that's the extra 5%.

Good to know: Grades are in NO way counted towards the completion percentage.
Just beat every stage on Normal & Expert. That's It.

An an additional challenge you can get A+/S-grades! :)
