Bug report: A+ instead of S grade for a perfect run (Carnival Kerfuffle)
A streamer on Twitch did a perfect run through Carnival Kerfuffle, the scoreboard had all the stats shown in yellow, and yet the grade given was only A+ instead of S:

He later restarted the game, managed to do another perfect run and received the S grade.

When did they do it before ?
There were some levels where the time score was buggy, that got fixed a few days later

The incident happened last Friday, 2017-10-06 around 10:25am UTC. I assume the game was up-to-date and that no update was applied during the restart.

If you say buggy time score, did it matter what time you achieved in the previous run? (e.g. 2:05 and 1:30 in the next run, and the score would be based on the 2:05 time instead the current one?)

This is extremely late but was he playing in expert? S only happens in expert. (Sorry for being a necro).

I only know you can put Expert and S in Boss battles, no in run and guns

he must of been playing NORMAL MODE.

Unless we get a link to the video, or an answer about if they got a parry or were hit after the boss died, we can't 100% determine why they got an A+

Skill level is 3 stars in the screenshot, which is expert mode, isn't it?

There was a bug in the first version of the game that caused the skill stars to not reflect the actual difficulty, so you could play a level on regular, but the results screen would sometimes show 1 or 3 stars instead

Well, in that case, it might have been on normal mode by accident. I assume the issues are resolved in the latest version.

You mean 3rd parry when the boss is already down? I don't think so. He restarted the game and retried on hard, and it worked that time.
