EDIT: 60 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ HOURS?! HOW?!
It's easier than it looks to manage. In fact, it can actually be used to your advantage for, say, dodging real fast the ghosts she spits out.
For the medusa glares, the idea is to minimize the chance of taking a hit. For phase two, killing about 2-3 eels should keep the board clear of bullets. For phase 3, keep track of when a glare might occur and make sure nothing's in your way for a bit. Or just point-blank the boss as others have said. Good luck!
RNG can be bad with non-pink blowfishes and ghosts, but it's still dodgable.
Was on the easy side. All these people who complain about RNG and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ combos with petrify and shots gotta look for safespots more.
(Yeah, check that ♥♥♥♥ out, did beat world 3, wat do.)
