Standards for an A-minus rank?

Upon beating Dr. Kahl's robot for the third time, I got this result screen:
Time: 2:43
Health Bonus: 1/3 (Yes, I suck at this game, I won't deny that)
Parries: 3/3
Super Meter: 6/6
Skill level: 2 stars (I'm playing on normal as I haven't yet beaten the game)

Grade...B

Maybe I'm missing something obvious, but aren't these the standards for an A (minus) rank? I've been trying to earn all A- ranks in all worlds (for the acheivement), but this boss, as well as the phantom express (On which I got a similar result, though the time was a few seconds different) have been giving me a truly difficult time. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Do I have to really beat this boss only getting hit once (or never)?!

To get an A, you'd need to only miss one goal. It looks like you missed both the time goal and the health goal. So to get the A, you'd need to do what you did in under two minutes.

Lol 1/3 health doesn’t suck. 2/3 health by the end of a fight is an achievement on later levels. 1/3 is kinda the standard lol.
