So you have to get a perfect life score in the results screen. (Also I avoided the extra life squares, I don't know if it's important)
Also, additional life doesn't matter - if you get hit, it still counts against you.
Monkey and 8-ball are the easiest. With monkey, get the wrong cards - it will go completely bananas and die off screen, and for 8-ball... you just stand with spread under it and rarely use smoke bomb.

Also what others said: choose the bosses you are most comfortable with, for me that would be Chips Bettigan, Pip and Dot and Pirouletta with the Smoke Charm.
When you've made to King Dice just play safe, that is only make the next jump if you're confident you hit the middle of the parryable card, else just bounce again on the card you were on before.
You can also just run to the sides and hide behind the hand spawning the card, getting some shots in before you have to switch sides again.
It's not that hard compared to other things you already passed.
