Remove screen scratch
Please tell me there's a way to remove the scratching, it's annoying as hell. I don't give a ♥♥♥♥ about the "old timey feel."

Deal with it, It's not that distracting or in the way.

I'll make a "patch" that will remove it and post it here once it's done.

Hey there, I'm back! I've created a guide which everyone can follow. You can find it here or in the game's guide section -> http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1161080839

When you thought people couldn't possible have anything left to complain about...

Plus there's a thread about a mod just a few threads below, gotta love Google and the search function.

There's no such settings in the registry, or maybe I don't know of it :D

hey, some people just like cleaner visuals. The scratch filter isn't necessarily old-timely, either. It's just a side effect of poor quality that the movie makers had to deal with when projecting their animation or film. it can still happen whenever you view a movie in the theater, too, you'll just only rarely see a thin black line or two instead of the mess that people dealt with almost a century ago.
